Unfortunately, Pigments Business Unit was sold by Clariant. I was performing as Cluster manager since August 2022 until February 2023.

Due to my huge experience in the Order Management area, I was offered this position, starting in March 2023.

Deputy Manager

I started my Clariant adventure on March 2017 and since them I joined the Order Management team. Working for Europe, mainly for Iberia region and UK, providing logistics and colorants solutions for my customers. In June 2021 I got my promotion to the deputy manager, performing following tasks:

-Organizing and coordinating meetings.
-Conducting employee performance evaluations.
-Building excellent customer relationships.
-Partake in recruitment and dismissal processes.
-Analyzing and solving conflicts within the workplace.
-Analyzing and addressing employee and customer concerns.
-Working on strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
-Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
-Fill in for Cluster Manager (CM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings, and provide accountability.

Senior Process Especialist

Before I got my promotion to the Deputy manager possition, I was working in the Order Managment departament, in Piments Business Unit. 

  •  

-Responsibility for End-to- End Order Management Process;

-Create and maintain relations with Clariant’s customers;

-Create and manage SAP orders;

-Coordination of information flow between warehouse, sales force and customers;

-Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents;

-Direct cooperation with internal stakeholders;

-Perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System;

-Assisting Clariant’s customers in solving problems and incidents

Projects and automatization

At Clariant it is needed to improve, to implement one idea at least each year, and this one I was regarded as the most saving time, releasing 40 Hours / moth among a 16 people team.

 

Product Report Team at Clariant

I am leading a team of four persons since 15/03/2019 responsible for informing customers regarding changes in the material bought in the past two years, not just to provide the information but also on legal bases. 

The main part of this improvement comes with a Macro I was working on taking the last information from SAP and preparing the mails to be generated. Therefore, either informing one customer or fifty, the time invested is the same.

This improvement was the most saving time improvement in 2018.

Purchase order template

I helped in developing an Excel Macro for those customers with no SAP system in order to make it even easier to order our materials. Presentation video was created by myself and distributing among interested customers.

-Perform the daily transactional CSD and OTM activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement 

-Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers/concerned groups, for the operational transparency on the transactional activities

-Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape

-Timely identify the potential issues and make the appropriate escalation

-Participate in the implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects (Lean Event) and be active in driving daily huddle meetings

-Support and initiate process improvement initiatives and related projects

-Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities

-Monitoring of transport planning and execution process; use system query to identify not transmitted IDocs for pending deliveries; ensure that transport status is correct, depending on progress status; act timely on open issues (pro-actively check for reasons, resolve issues)
