Discipline and preparation are crucial to develop this work. 

Starting from base football, as a assistant referee, I reached the final test for being a First Andalucian Referee in 2015, (one step behind professional football referee).

Commanding more than 1.000 matches in many categories, as football referee we were exposed three times a year for physical test and theoretical test. All the result were compared at the end of the season adding the different bonuses and the grade for professional viewers judging you in action from the grade, sometime without you knowing it.

The final list is publish at the end of the year, and since I started in this world I have faced five promotions and no downgrade at all.

For that, all potentials referees had training three times a week during two hours, another extra theoretical session of two hours and full weekend in the matches.

It was a time where parties, birthdays and some special events with families had no places and where we woke up really early on Sunday to travel hours to reach the city where we had to perform the match. Sometime sunny, other windy and cold.

One of my most important phase in my life, where I learnt by hard and with passion many values in my life, and made me the professional I am right now.
