Quiron can be defined as a comprehensive marketing company that connects sellers and buyers from all over the world, giving a series of guarantees that provide utility to the service and a unique competitive advantage: security.
I started this project in 2013 with my University Degree and it has been evoluting with me.
As the fundator, I started with a simply online shop, and I developed a supplier network all around Spain collaborating with other universities. All I was doing with no investing and only the incomes earned was used to invest in the project.
I was working really hard in this project, learning and implementing:
-Prestashop design and programming
-Ticketing tool implementation and programming
-SEO and SEM, Website positioning. Google adsense statistics
-Video editing
-Payment systems, gateway secure payment (Paypal and Nimblepayments)
-Review and feedback implementations (HTML – Stars and comments ratio)
-Online chat support : programming and implementation
-Facebook ads.
-Social media administration (Hootsuite solution)
Team Organization
I was leading a seven persons team spread throw all Spain, working with different universities. We all were university students using different concepts and knowledge acquired during the degree.
My colleagues were looking for potential customers, I was in charge for the rest, since control the payments, customs controls until the customer received the material.
Not always the material was in the website shop, as we were working as well on demand, looking for the best solution for our customers, since soccer uniforms to android phones.
For the organization of all this work, a ticketing tool was implemented. This tool helped us to check the step one orders was, in order to monitor the needs of each step, and in order to have historical situation of each order and each customer.
As well, yearly we were having a meeting to share the feelings, situations, possible ideas…
Social Medial
Advertisement on Instagram and Facebook was the most used during this time. Creation media campaigns and collaboration with instagramers made a continuous flow of cash.
Hootsuite was used for easier administration and some videos checking the quality of the product were produced was well in order to create a community interested in the material and services provided.
Achivements
It was more than five years working in this amazing project were I learnt many hard skills I have nowadays and the profits it generated for me and for my team, with no investment at all. All tools used were free to use, and I was able to find all solutions for my problems while programming or implementing new solutions.
